Refund policy

As all our products are individually made according to the wishes and specifications of our customers, there is no right of cancellation in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB. This means that returns and refunds for personalised works of art are excluded.

Our artworks are customised for you based on your specific details (e.g. size, material, motif and style). As these products are customised to your personal requirements and cannot be resold, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds.

However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In such a case, we will work together to find a solution, be it through a new production of the artwork or another appropriate measure.

Please note that we cannot issue a refund if the fault is due to an incorrect input of specifications or preferences on your part.
